Introducing Edulastic Team member Charlene Davies! Charlene is an Account Executive located in Oregon. What is your favorite memory from working with this company?

Working with the marketing team on our first virtual conference!

What is your favorite memory from working with teachers and students?

Literally hearing “a-ha” moments on a zoom overview.

What do you enjoy most about Edulastic’s company culture?

The collaborative and team based culture is unlike any I have experienced. On a daily basis, I feel like I am heard, appreciated and safe to experiment and offer feedback. I absolutely love my job and our mission!

What’s a pro-tip that you think more Edulastic educators should know about?

As a former chemistry and math teacher who taught in a project based learning environment, the playlist feature is gold for organizing labs, projects and activities. You can also create a pacing guide alignment of assessments and resources organized by module or quarter. Think about your music playlists but with your assessments and learning activities organized to fit your needs!

What do you like to do when you aren’t working?

Spending time with my husband and 5 year old daughter <3 We love going to the pool, parks and traveling to new places.

What are three words that best describe you?

Empathetic, dedicated, and passionate

Go-to workday snack?

Popcorn – but it has to be freshly popped and slightly burnt.

Favorite Edulastic event you’ve been a part of?

Putting together the holiday video for our customers to let them know how grateful we are for their support, for choosing Edulastic, and for being an Edulastic customer!

Anything else you’d like to mention?

I was in a movie eons ago! It went straight to Blockbuster (sadly, this gives away my age).

Spring break

Label image drag and drop. It caters to my preferred learning styles (visual and kinesthetic).

If you could have any superpower, what would it be?
