Whether you teach elementary school, middle school, or high school, let us help you kick off the school year! We’ve highlighted 50 assessments to provide you with inspiration and ideas for using Edulastic. Edulastic has tests, quizzes, and other assignments in the assessment library. All you have to do is discover them and make them your own. Teach math? ELA? Science? Social Studies? There are resources for everyone.
We selected some stand-out assessments for you to check out as you start the year. The assessments are organized by subject and grade level (elementary school, middle school, and high school.)
We recommend that you hone in on an assessment or two for your class. Take the assessment yourself, test it out, and then remix it or customize it for your classroom. Always make sure to review the assessments yourself before you assign them to students! It’s important that the assessment is relevant to what you have taught your students and that the content is groomed for your classroom.
Keep in mind, the beginning of the year is a great time to set up some pretests. This strategy will help you measure what information your students already know. It’s also an effective teaching method and helps motivate students to study.
